Initially, we advise coming in as far in advance as possible. 8-10 months is the average time frame we give to couples to come in for the initial appointment. During the visit, you’ll be able to try on your suit ideas from our large range of styles and colours. Closer to the time (10-12 weeks prior to the event), we’d then see the rest of the party to be fitted for their hire suits. For grooms and boys, it’s recommended that they’re fitted 5-6 weeks before the wedding.

Dinner suits and single orders can be organised much closer to the function date. It’s strongly advised to be fitted at least a week before the event so the outfit can be delivered to the relevant showroom. “Suits to go” are possible, but please enquire about size availability at short notice (a form of identification is also required).

We recommend booking an appointment before visiting us, as demand is high. This allows us to prepare for your visit and give you the full experience. Saturdays are our busiest and most popular day.

A minimum £ 25.00 deposit per suit is required at the time of booking to secure your outfit’s availability. 50% of the total is due 6 weeks before the function date. The remaining balance can be paid upon collection or beforehand if you prefer. Payments can be made by cash or card. We accept all debit cards and most major credit cards (except American Express).

Suits will be ready to collect at least two days before the function date (Usually Tuesday or Wednesday). We always aim for as early as possible. Sunday, Monday and Tuesday functions will be available for collection from the Thursday before. Collection dates can be arranged for alternative days, please ask a staff member for further details.

All hired suits are due back a minimum of two days after the function, before midday. (For Friday, Saturday and Sunday events, this would be Tuesday before midday).

Extended hires can be agreed at additional rates.

Yes, if one or more members of your wedding party would prefer to be measured at another store this is not a problem whatever is easier for you! This like any fitting will require an appointment and we will need a party name, date of wedding and number of people attending fitting.

Our boy's outfits are measured in inches just like the men's, so sizes start from around 2–3 years old, depending on the young man’s size. Jackets start at a 20-inch chest, trousers a 20-inch waist, waistcoats at 24 inches, and shirts at a 10 ½ inch collar.

Yes, the majority of our stock goes up to a 60-inch chest in jackets and waistcoats as well as a 58-inch waist trouser.

We are closed on all Bank holiday Mondays and Good Friday.

Our adult packages include an accidental damage waiver (ADW). We unfortunately do not cover children's suits. For a full list on what is covered please contact our showrooms.

Anything not covered is subject to a replacement fee.
